    QHow do I know Eny Home is available where I live?

    Eny is currently available for customers in the bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County, Santa Cruz County. For additional inquiries, please contact us at expert@enyhome.com.

  2. About Limited Launch of eny Service

    QWhat does "Limited Launch" mean for current eny service?

    Eny service is limited to number of users, and until the end of November. We will ask the user to take a home interview after the termination of the service.

    QWhat should I do to stop Eny service?

    You can stop the service whenever you want. When you terminate the service. please follow the conditions stated in the Terms of Use section.
  3. Set up

    QDo I have to install eny by myself?

    No. An authorized eny expert will install. Your initial standard installation is included at no additional cost.

    QHow long does installation take?

    Install time varies based on the packages and devices you’ve ordered, but the expected time will be max. three hours.
